Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that complements other holistic practices such as acupuncture treatments and massage therapy. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing through which a 'universal energy' is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient, encouraging emotional and physical healing. It can be a magical and relaxing experience.
The sensations experienced as the Reiki energy is received can range from intense heat, tingling, pressure, cold, and some people can see colours. Most individuals experience a deeply relaxing treatment that promotes a feeling of well-being and peace. For others, it can be an emotional release, an opportunity to talk, or they may simply fall asleep.
Attuned to Usui Reiki level II with over a decade of practice, followed by a Reiki Master qualification in 2024.

Crystal therapy
The treatment starts with a consultation and scanning the client’s energy field, which surrounds the body, to check for imbalances. Crystals are selected for the client and placed on or around their fully clothed body. Patterns of crystals are known for their healing benefits and for releasing deep-rooted emotional blockages. During this time, the client may also receive some Reiki, as the crystals do their work. Additionally, crystals may be suggested that could benefit the client for use at home. A course of treatments, including reflexology services, may be needed for chronic conditions.
